PALATKA, Fla. (Volleyball) – The Lake-Sumter State College (LSSC) Volleyball team keeps their win streak alive with a thrilling five-set win over No. 19 St. Johns River State College (SJRSC) on Tuesday evening.
Brooke Fintak and Samantha Beatty continue to lead the Lakehawk charge this season, both recording double doubles for the match.
Fintak had her fourth of the season with 12 kills and 12 digs. Beatty logged her ninth with 12 kills and 11 digs.
Setter Giada Viti tied her career-high assists with 33 for the match.
The Lakehawks improve to 12-0 on the season, a perfect 7-0 in conference, and remain tied for first in conference play with Gulf Coast State College.
Lake-Sumter will be back at home on Thursday against conference foe Florida State College at Jacksonville at 6:00 p.m.
