Lakehawk Baseball’s Morales Named FCSAA Player of the Week
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Baseball) – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) announced the weekly awards Mar. 17, 2026. Freshman slugger Noah Morales was named the FCSAA DII Baseball Player of the Week.
In four games last week, Morales hit .556 with three homeruns, nine RBIs and four runs scored.
In non-conference action against Polk State, he went 4-for-5. Over the weekend, he went 3-for-5 with two homeruns and five RBIs in game two against South Florida State College.
For the season, Morales is hitting .371 with a .471 on-base percentage and a .714 slugging percentage. He currently ranks fourth in the conference for RBIs with 32 and second in homeruns with nine.
Morales and the Lakehawks will take on No. 12 Palm Beach State College this weekend for the final series of the first round of Sun-Lakes Conference play. Game one is set for 2:00 p.m. on Friday followed by a double header on Saturday at 12:00 and 3:00 p.m.
